The cuisine of the summer restaurant is easily described; healthy, fresh and modern. The ingredients - mainly of regional and organic origin. Colourful bowls are served as well, containing colourful ingredients full of nutrients and vitamins that equally enchant the eyes and the tastebuds. To make things properly cosy, guests will find two to three hearths as bar tables and a few beach chairs to chill out with on the terrace. The summer restaurant moves into the hotel when it rains.
The summer restaurant features a special motto every two weeks. In other to seat as many guests as possible to the table and make them the “guest at the village table”, many guests even bring their own chairs.
